How to delete your account
Account deletion is handled inside the Kairo app. Your account and associated data are removed within 30 days.

Steps
- Open the Kairo app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your request is processed automatically.
What will be deleted
- Your account record and authentication profile.
- Your profile and onboarding answers, handle, display name, and avatar.
- Your alarms, wake-up logs, streaks, league membership, and XP.
- Your social data: friend requests, friendships, blocks, and reports you filed.
- App-side subscription references, excluding records Apple or payment processors must keep independently.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer where required to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or prevent fraud.
